All the doctors and staff at Bolton House Surgery strive at all times to provide you with the best possible service.  Inevitably small problems may arise on occasion and in line with all practices we have set up a complaints procedure, which meets with the nationally agreed criteria.

The objectives of our system are two fold:

1.       To enable patients to express comments, suggestions and complaints to the practice when they feel dissatisfied with the service provided.

2.       To provide patients with an explanation of what has happened, where appropriate an apology and an assurance that we have taken steps to prevent the problem recurring, where this is possible.

If you have a complaint, a suggestion for change, or just a comment, please write to our Practice Manager Mrs Kate Parkinson or if you prefer to Dr Keith Barrow here at the Surgery.  If necessary an appointment can be made to discuss your complaint.

You will receive an acknowledgment of your complaint within two working days and an explanation within two weeks.

We hope that in the majority of cases the problem can be resolved within the practice to the full satisfaction of the patient. If, however, you are dissatisfied with the way in which the practice has dealt with your complaint please contact;
